How to submit and claim your app listing on WebCatalog

Updated today

App publishers can claim and manage their app listings on WebCatalog. Once claimed, you can update details such as the app name, logo, URL, description, and more.

Follow the steps below to submit and claim your app.

1. Submit your app to WebCatalog

If your app is not yet listed on WebCatalog, you’ll need to submit it for review.

Our team will review your submission and create the app listing if approved. This process may take a few days.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your app is approved and listed

  • If your submission is rejected, you can revise and resubmit it

2. Claim ownership of your app

Once your app is listed, you can claim ownership and take control of the listing.

Note: Only organizations with a publisher profile can claim apps.

Step 1: Create an organization

If you don’t already have one, create an organization:
https://webcatalog.io/organizations/create

Step 2: Access organization settings

Go to your organization settings:
https://webcatalog.io/en/settings/organizations

Step 3: Set up your publisher profile

  • In the sidebar, select Publisher Profile

  • Create and complete your publisher profile

Your organization must have a publisher profile before you can claim apps.

Step 4: Submit a claim request

Create a support ticket to request ownership:

Include your Organization ID in the request.
(You can find it in Organization Settings → General.)

Our team will review your request and verify ownership. Once approved, your organization will gain control of the app listing.
