For monthly and annual subscriptions, WebCatalog does not issue refunds in general.

If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid WebCatalog subscription online, please contact us. We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 72 hours of signing up. But we may decline your request if we see any material activity in your account.

For one-time payments (e.g. WebCatalog Lifetime license), we offer full refunds within 30 days of your purchase if you're not satisfied with the product.
