What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is simple. If you believe you made a mistake signing up for a paid WebCatalog subscription (online or in-app), just contact us. We’ll gladly refund the full amount (not pro-rated) if you:

  • Cancel within 3 days of starting a monthly subscription

  • Cancel within 30 days of starting an annual subscription

  • Cancel within 30 days of purchasing a lifetime access plan

If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom, or a region with a mandatory refund policy, you may be eligible for a refund beyond the timelines above. For example, EU customers can request a refund for monthly subscriptions within 14 days. Just let us know, and we’ll help you out.
