Absolutely not, when you log into a website/web app with WebCatalog, everything happens locally. We cannot see your passwords or access your login sessions. We don't even know which websites you're using.
The passwords are only shared with the websites when you log in, and then get deleted immediately. They are not saved anywhere locally or remotely.
