How do I contact human support?

To help us reduce support volume, our AI support agent, Kitty, will respond to your messages by default. If you need to speak with a member of our team, simply select “Talk to a human” after Kitty replies—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re sharing product feedback, we highly recommend choosing “Talk to a human.”

Note: Human support is only available to paid customers.
